Around the year 1930, a lawyer called Mario Buono fell in love with the Scarrupata Bay and was determined to build his beloved house on this promontory so he could admire the view that had won his heart every day.

From that day on, his wish and that of generations after him was to safeguard the uncontaminated natural environment of the Bay and give family and friends the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience among indigenous plant species and the blue sea.

To this day in 2023, the fifth generation of his family has decided to give this opportunity to all those who feel the desire to experience the island of Ischia from a new perspective.
